I recently had an unfortunate experience with the microphone on my new CB radio—its mounting clip broke after only a few uses. My philosophy is that sometimes things just happen, and what matters most is how the issue gets resolved. I reached out to Kayla at Radioddity and sent her a few photos of the problem. She was wonderful to work with and, to my satisfaction, arranged for a replacement to be sent to me. Thank you, Kayla for your super-fast email responses and excellent customer service!
